1. Overview
The goal of Jamuze is to provide a platform where users can meet friends, enjoy music, and share their interests and experiences.
To maintain a creative, friendly, and enjoyable community, we have established these Community Guidelines (“Community Guidelines” or “Guidelines”), which explain what is and is not allowed on Jamuze. These Guidelines aim to balance freedom of expression with the safety of our community and set clear expectations for user behavior. All users must follow these Guidelines when using Jamuze.
These Guidelines apply to all users and all content or activities on Jamuze, including but not limited to profile information, room titles, text, images, audio, messages, comments, links, virtual gifts, and other content or interactions.
We may use technology and human moderation to identify and address potential violations. Automated detection or filtering tools may be used where appropriate and will be monitored to reduce errors. We also encourage users to report content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines.
If you believe that your content or account has been moderated by mistake, you may contact us at support@wejoysg.com.
Updates and enforcement
We regularly review and update these Guidelines to address changing behaviors and risks. These Guidelines may not cover every activity that could harm our users, community, or services.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, other applicable rules, or applicable laws, or that otherwise threatens the safety or legitimate interests of Jamuze or its users. We may cooperate with relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
